Notes from 1/15/08

Meeting in lunch area.

- Reviewed how Title III project was a continuation of an original AQIP project from Outcomes assessment.
- Discussion on the topic that the broader we made the project the harder it would be to implement and document.
- Sharon had a digital copy of a form already completed.
- Reviewed each section with great discussion on topics such as:
Where we would host such a site
Which classes would partake
If project would be for credit in each of these classes
Would it be a one time project or an ongoing career tool to use for students searching for employment
Tina Mentioned that the Career Center would be willing to partner in anyway.
Tina also shared her research on the ePortfolio projects in general
- Completed each section and had Sharon make changes to her electronic copy.
- Diane and Tina thought it would be a good idea to have an Administrator review what we had. Tracked down Janet and got her input.
- Sharon make those changes and emailed everyone the new project with those changes for their review.
- No one had any issues to bring to the group so the project was submitted and hand delivered to Joyce Ray on Thursday 1/17/08.
